Start with the S tips. They come fitted, so you are already there.
A good seal feels snug and stays put when you move your jaw. It should not feel like pressure. If the earplug loosens when you talk, size up to L. If it aches after twenty minutes, size down to XS.
All three sizes, XS, S and L, are in every box, so trying them costs nothing but a minute.
