How do I switch modes?

Twist the dial on each earplug. You never take them out to switch.

How do I clean them?

Wipe with a damp cloth. Remove the tips and rinse them separately.

What if the fit is wrong?

Try the S, M or L tips in the box. Most people wear M.

Can I sleep on my side with them?

Yes — the earplug sits flush in the ear. Sleep mode is designed to stay in all night.
